Shipping policy

All Bexx The Brand coats are made to order — please allow up to 10 days for your piece to be carefully crafted.

Once completed:

UK orders are delivered within approximately 2-5 days.

International orders – please email us for an estimated delivery timeframe.

PSA (for U.S. & EU customers): 

If you are located outside of the EU or USA, customs charges and duties will be applied. These will need to be paid after your order has been dispatched.

Once your item has been shipped, we will email you a secure payment link form MARK3 with instructions on how to pay your customs and duties. Please follow the link in the email to complete the payment so your order can be delivered without delays.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once shipped, though during busy periods or low-stock times, this may extend to 10–14 business days. You’ll find more details in your order confirmation email.

Cancellations: If you wish to amend or cancel an order, please contact us via email immediately. While we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been placed, we’ll always do our best to assist.

Carriers:  

We partner with trusted couriers, including DPD and Royal Mail, to ensure safe and timely delivery. You’ll receive tracking updates via email. 

PRODUCT CARE

At Bexx The Brand, every piece is designed with care and precision to embody both elegance and longevity. To keep your item looking its best, follow the care tips below. 

Care: Store your piece in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a broad hanger to help maintain its shape, and avoid exposing it to heat.

LEATHER: Wipe down your leather with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and marks. For a deeper clean or restoration, take it to a professional leather specialist. Avoid excess moisture and keep away from direct heat sources.

SHEARLING: For light stains, gently spot-clean using a damp cloth and mild soap, taking care not to soak the fabric. Avoid plastic garment covers, as they can trap moisture. To bring back volume and definition in the curls, lightly mist with water and allow to air dry naturally. For deep cleaning, use a specialist shearling cleaner.

SUEDE: Regularly brush with a suede brush to lift dirt and maintain texture. If it becomes wet, let it air dry fully before brushing again. Avoid wearing suede in rainy or humid conditions to preserve its finish.

REAL FUR: Handle with care and store in a well-ventilated, cool environment — never near direct heat or sunlight. Avoid crushing the fur and hang it on a sturdy, broad hanger to retain its natural shape. For cleaning, always consult a professional fur specialist to maintain the texture and longevity of your piece.
