Refund policy


At Bexx The Brand, each piece is made with care and attention to detail, and we hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it.

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer exchanges or refunds within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the requirements listed below.

We encourage you to email us before purchasing if you’re unsure about sizing or fit, we’re happy to assist in helping you find the right piece, so returns can be avoided where possible.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

-Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

-Be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

-Be free from marks, stains, odours, or signs of wear.

-Include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

We maintain a strict quality control policy. Any items that do not meet these standards will be returned to you at your own cost or, in some cases, may incur a restocking fee of up to 50%.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

-Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged.

-Items without original tags or packaging.

-Gift cards.

-Sale items

-Custom or made-to-order pieces.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery via email, including your order number and photos of the item.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

-Returns are not free, and customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

-We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.

-We are not liable for items lost in transit.

-Please include your packing slip or order number inside your return parcel to avoid delays.
